The Swords Into Plowshares Gallery and Peace Center is Southeast Michigan's unique location for peace and justice related art exhibits as well as a location for a number of peace-related events. The Gallery also has a gift shop featuring books, cards and artwork that can be purchased.
The Gallery is open 12 noon to 6pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Also, please note that the Gallery may be closed during periods during the summer so calling ahead is encouraged to confirm the gallery is open.

Non-Violent Communication Skills Training
Meeting each second Thursday of the month from 10:00am to noon., Non-Violent Communication Skills Training will be held at the Peace Center. Group dates are: December 12, Febuary 13, March 13, and April 10. Although ideal, attendance at all the meetings is not required. Come when you can. The group will be guided but will set its own agenda deciding whether to read, listen to CD’s on non-violent communication or find other means to hone our skills in bringing about more peace in the world. Annual Detroit Repertory Theater Swords Into Plowshares Gallery Fundraiser
The Swords Into Plowshares Gallery is open 12 noon to 6pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Gallery is just west of Comerica Park with free parking in the rear (tell parking attendant your are visiting the Gallery).
